Medical grade Facials and Skincare

Facials, light therapy, chemical peels, skin care consultations. All the things to get your skin healthy and glowing.

Hi! Thank you for taking time out of your day to read a little bit about me!

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner Since 2020, and a Nurse since 2015. I started my nursing career as a pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse. It is there I found my passion for bringing joy to others, but as he years went on I began to get saddened by the sometimes dark reality oncology patients face on a daily basis. I decided to search for a niche of nursing where I could make patients feel bright and beautiful, and fell in love with aesthetics.

My practice is focused on maintaining youthful, results by implementing customized and comprehensive patient treatment plans, that are based on realistic goals, with natural results. My techniques are based on the latest aesthetic medicine advances, as I make it a priority to attend multiple continuing eduction courses each year.

My goal is to create skin that is healthy, youthful and vibrant to help her clients to look and feel their best. As a mom to two young girls, Meghan is especially passionate about giving busy moms and dads the daily confidence they deserve.

Why Barbie?

Injection barbie started as a fun persona to give an overly tired mama an excuse to dress up and be extra girly. But over the past 2 years I have found new reasons to love my instagram handle.

Old generation Barbie was unrealistically disproportionate, blonde, white and thats it.

Then Mattel got with the times and upgraded, New generation Barbie is all inclusive, she is black, brown, white, curvy, skinny, handicapped, a teacher, a mom, an astronaut. Basically if you want to be a barbie, then you’re a barbie, and I love that.

Why do you love pink so much?

  1. Because i’m a Barbie and I can!

  2. I have become infatuated with using pink as a statement. Often pink is seen as too feminine and girly, and people who are too feminine and girly aren’t taken seriously. I want to show the world, a girly, fun, person ( because thats who i am) can still be a serious boss a$$ bitch. and Corporate America+ the patriarchy can go F themselves.. That concludes my TED talk. Thanks for coming.

Hi, I’m Lindsey McKay, RN, BSN — aka Injector Yindzey. Pittsburgh born and raised, with a background in nursing and a passion for precision, aesthetics, and patient-centered care.

I earned my Biology degree in 2015 and later graduated from West Penn School of Nursing in 2020. During the height of the pandemic, I balanced bedside nursing with completing my BSN, gaining experience across multiple hospitals and developing a deep respect for safety, trust, and patient education.

In 2023, I stepped into aesthetic medicine—and everything clicked. My love for science, facial anatomy, and artistry came together in a way that finally felt aligned. Since then, I’ve invested in advanced training and real-world experience to continue refining my craft.

I currently inject with DollFaced Aesthetics, a space that values authenticity, safety, and being unapologetically yourself. My approach is all about subtle, natural results, patient education, and creating a comfortable experience from consult to follow-up.

Whether you’re new to aesthetics or refining your look, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, informed, and empowered.

The field of aesthetic medicine is filled with exceptionally talented injectors whom I have admired for many years. What sets me apart in the city of Pittsburgh is the depth and diversity of my experience. With over a decade of work in cosmetics and patient care, I bring both artistic skill and a strong scientific foundation to this industry.

I am a licensed cosmetologist, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, and a Master’s degree in Medical Science. My extensive time in cadaver labs led to a fulfilling career in neurosurgery, where I continue to expand my expertise in craniofacial anatomy—developing an advanced understanding of the nerves, muscles, and vascular structures essential to safe and effective aesthetic treatments.

In addition, I completed a preceptorship in Cosmetic Dermatology in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I specialized in treating diverse skin concerns, with a particular focus on underserved populations, including people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Through years of dedication and continuous education, my mission is to provide patients with treatments rooted in both knowledge and artistry—ensuring they feel confident, safe, and supported for years to come.
